Q: Do you make Android , Fitbit , or any other smart watch band bracelets?
A: Not at the current moment, but we do sell other styles of bracelets to fit all needs.

Q: Do you offer wholesale ?
A: Not quite, but you are more than welcome to purchase multiple sets.

Q: Where are you located and do you ship ?
A: We are located in St.Louis, MO & we ship nationwide.

Q: Do your bracelets stretch ?
A: Yes, they stretch and they are also made in different sizes.

Q: Will they tarnish?
A: We seal all bracelets and charms for long lasting use. Please remember daily use and handling/care also plays a role in how long your sets will last. Please refer to our care instructions.

Q: What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
A: We take pride in pleasing our customers. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any issues. Our contact information can be found at the bottom of our site.

Q: I received my tracking which shows delivered, but my package wasn’t delivered?
A: Andy’s Candy Shoppe ships via USPS only. Please contact your local post office. Andy’s Candy Shoppe is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept any cancellations and refunds are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number ?
A: Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped.

Q: Is the watch included with the purchase of an Apple Watch band?

A: No, you will have to purchase the watch separately (we do not sell them)
